Diana Lo Mei Hing: Mountain and Dragonfly
August 14 - October 12, 2021 There is a wild and rapturous beauty to Diana Lo Mei Hing’s work. Her intimate photographs and brilliantly colored mixed media paintings illuminate and choreograph the pleasures and longings of transitory nature. Like dragonfly’s wings or a floating cloud, Diana’s art captures and reflects the light as it swells and then disappears from sight.

Diana Lo Mei Hing was born in Hong Kong and spent her childhood in Guangzhou during the volatile run-up to the Cultural Revolution. Her father fled with his family to Milan, Italy where Diana was raised. Diana is a well-known abstract watercolor and mixed media painter, photographer, and poet in Italy, where she continues to exhibit.
